NEC has unveiled a new mini notebook in Japan, namely the LifeTouch Note. It is powered by the NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual-core chip, 2/8GB of storage, a microSD card slot (2GB or 8GB will be bundled), and runs Android 2.2.

NEC LifeTouch Note netbook is comes in two model configurations:
- 8GB onboard storage, an 8GB memory card included three color options (Piano Black, Chocolate Brown, and Red). It has price of about $539.
- 2GB onboard storage, a 2GB memory card, one color only (Piano Black). It is selling for cost of $480.
NEC has also mention that preparing to release the NEC LifeTouch Note with 8GB storage, 3G support, and 8GB memory card for price $659 in April 2011.
