The Asus Eee Note EA800 starts shipping this month (February 2011) to European market at the price of €259 (about $355). The Asus Eee Note – a note taking device that very much resembles an e-book reader (although we question how creative one can get with a device like this – not that we’re against creative designs).

The Asus Eee Note EA800 tablet is a digital note that looks like an e-reader but comes with has an 8-inch grey-scale display with a resolution of 1024 x 768, is powered by a Marvell CPU , Wacom digitizer, and a 2540dpi accuracy for great stylus, which enabling take handwritten notes or draw pictures and runs on a Linux OS.
